Playing a game with hot sister is a game of lust, seduction, and betrayal.

In this game, players take on the role of either a man or woman and the object of the game is to make your opponent feel as uncomfortable as possible. The player who can make their opponent the most uncomfortable is the winner.

The game includes 50 cards, 3 pawns, and 1 instruction card. The cards are printed on premium quality card stock and are of a size that is easy to shuffle.

Players choose who will be the man and who will be the woman. The man goes first and the woman goes second. Players take turns drawing cards from the deck and carrying out the actions described on the card. If a player draws a card that they cannot carry out, they must put it back in the deck and draw another card.

The pawns are used to track points. Players get points by making their opponent uncomfortable in different ways, like when they ask for a kiss or touch their arm. Whoever has the most points at the end of the game is the winner.
