Bubble Gum Babe

This book follows a teenage girl who finds out she's allergic to bubble gum. In order to prevent any future reactions, she avoids chewing gum as much as possible. But she still loves the sweet taste and keeps buying it, so she has to find a way to make her own. She tries many different recipes and finds one that works. It's a pretty popular recipe, too. But what will happen when she gets a package from a gum company that has a slight variation of her recipe?
