For the most part, Bobby's sister Cindy Shine was a well-behaved girl. She never really got into trouble and was a pretty decent student. But after Cindy's older sister decided to go away to college, she started acting out and behaving like a little slut. And when Bobby was left alone with her, he got to see firsthand just how bad she was.
