Four women are bound, gagged, and stuffed into a tiny space with their sweaty bodies bumping into each other. They are each taken to a different part of the house, and in each scene, they are tortured and humiliated in a variety of ways. The women struggle against their bonds, but they're overpowered by their captors. Eventually, one of the women begins to squirm her way out of her bonds and find the strength to escape.
