In this scene, the actress has just awoken from a dream. She gets up and goes to the kitchen, where she grabs a bowl and a box of cream puffs. As she's preparing breakfast, she realizes that she has lost her underwear. A close-up of her vagina is shown, and it is revealed that she has just given birth to a cream puff. The actress tries to scoop up the cream puff with her fingers, but it falls apart.
