Story- Sofia hosts a Poker Game at an undisclosed location, which is where all three of her clients sit. You can see them all. When they first met, Sofia never knew she wanted to go to a poker game or that she wanted to learn to be a bartender. For her, poker was something she could never afford. She moved to Colorado to work in a hotel industry and started her first company—which now includes casinos, bars, casinos, and some liquor stores—and, of course, she worked for the Poker Industry Association of America for a year.
"We were there when everything changed. We had to do an executive compensation package when it finally came around," she says. "And it was hard to do because I knew I couldn't survive.
