Dove is a brand of soap, lotion, and other personal care products that are manufactured by Unilever. It is marketed in over 190 countries and is one of the most recognized brands in the world. Dove has been in the business for more than 50 years. The company was founded in 1960 by David Jones, who wanted to create a soap that was gentle enough for his wife to use. The company began with a single product, the Dove bar, which is still available today.
