Description:

A bleak, sparse landscape of the world, dominated by the shadows of buildings, looms over a group of people who stand in an open square. A woman appears on the horizon, her hand raised in a silent plea. The man beside her turns to look at her and then reaches for his wallet. The woman runs towards the camera and into the frame, as if to hold onto it, but she disappears. The man is left alone with his wallet and the camera is left looking over a deserted cityscape.
