REGININHA GAUCHA

Regininha Gaucha is a Brazilian meat dish made with beef, pork, and chicken. The beef and pork are marinated in a blend of garlic, cumin, and black pepper, and then slow-cooked in the oven for six hours. The chicken is added to the mixture and is braised for a further four hours.
