Mona Negotiates The Rent

"As a single mother, I'm not looking to date anyone. I'm not interested in getting into a relationship." So says Mona to the landlord of her new apartment when he suggests she take a roommate. "I need to find someone that's reliable and responsible, who'll pay the rent on time." So begins Mona's search for a roommate, which leads her to meet Lisa, a young woman with a big smile, bright eyes, and a big personality. The two hit it off instantly and soon Mona has found herself a new friend.
