Arab rim job Aamir's Delivery

In this novel, Aamir is a young Pakistani man living in New York City who runs a delivery business. He is trying to get ahead in life by selling a product called "The Sticks" that are meant to be used as a replacement for Viagra. One night, he is approached by a beautiful woman, who he later learns is a prostitute, who asks him to make an Arab rim job. Aamir, in shock, says no, but the woman insists, saying she has already paid him. Aamir finally agrees, and the woman leaves. When he tells his friends about the incident, they are shocked and ask him what an Arab rim job is.
