The Anti-Anal Force is a parody on the 1984 film Anal Force, which is about a woman who trains people to become "anal fighters" and fight against the evils of sodomy. The film was heavily criticized by the gay community and is not considered a serious film, which is what the creators of the Anti-Anal Force were going for.
In the Anti-Anal Force, which is directed by Harold Faltermeyer, there is a scene where a woman named Felicity informs her male clients that they will be taught how to fight against the evils of anal sex. Felicity starts out by teaching the men how to use their hands, feet, and elbows to get out of the way. She then tells them to use their tongues, but not too much, because that's a dangerous place for a man. Next, Felicity teaches them to grab their opponents' ears, push their heads down, and pull them back. Felicity then tells them to use their knees, and to take their opponent's arm, lock it in place, and pull it back. Felicity tells them to get down on their knees and then use their stomach muscles to lift up their opponents and throw them to the ground.
