"It's because of one guy who came up with this idea at a late night screening and it worked!" says Rachael. "A lot of people would have hated that shit but they are so happy for the show to be around. When it came time to play 'Girls', we were on set, our head was in. There was a lot of fun and I knew it was going to be a different show and the fans weren't as excited. We wanted this to be something very different: 'Come see the new boys!' No more playing 'Girls'."
Rachael explains that the whole idea of this show comes from our new music-making partnership: "It's our second album for our band and our goal is to bring everything together, and we're excited about that. It definitely came from the music they produced for the show. It wasn't just random shit, 'Fucking Pussy Wet!' came out on the same day as 'Busta Rhymes' and the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'. It was totally about trying to keep each other's ideas alive."
Fans know that this is, for the most part, a female-drawn, action-packed comedy – one that is sure to appeal to the ladies. But the story takes place between the two of us, and shows us that this is just the latest fad for what can probably never happen again.
