In the early 1900s, a California mining town was forced to send women out to find work when their husbands were killed in a mine accident. The women would take up jobs as waitresses, maids, or nannies and send money back home to the families of the miners. In return, they would receive food and a place to stay. This is the story of the women of Bingham Canyon Mine.
