PropertySex - Landlord gives sexy tenant long extension on rent

A recent study conducted by propertysex.com has found that over half of landlords are willing to give a sexy tenant an extension on their rent.

This study is especially relevant in today's market where the median price of a home is over $200,000. And the number of landlords who have had sex with their tenants is at an all-time high.
