PropertySex - Insane hot nympho roommate almost kicked out

Erik needs to get a new roommate. He just can't take it anymore. His current roommate is always at home, which means he never has any privacy. Erik's roommate has been sending him sexually explicit messages on Facebook and has even sent him a couple of nudes. She also seems to have a new guy over every night. It's bad enough that Erik has to put up with her shit, but now he has to deal with the guy she brings home, too. It's just not fair. Erik is going to have to find a new roommate soon, and he'll be damned if he lets her stay with him for another night.
