Lori has been putting on weight and needs to lose some pounds. Her husband suggests that she take a fitness class to get in shape. Lori decides to try something different and hires a personal trainer, James, to work with her at home. James begins to work with Lori by showing her exercises that she can do without any equipment. James starts with some push-ups and has Lori practice for a while. He then moves on to some squats. Next, James takes Lori into the living room and tells her to lie on the couch and raise her arms and legs in the air. James then uses a large poster board to cover Lori's entire body. After a while, Lori has to leave for work.
